"Rerouting of the sump pump was done to comply with city code. The bid that Alex gave me was appropriately detailed so I could submit it to the city for partial reimbursement. The outdoor faucet was installed where a faucet used to be many years ago. The cartridge in one bathroom fixture was successfully replaced. Attempts to replace two other cartridges failed due to problems beyond the plumber's control, e.g. a previously stripped screw. The plumber who did the work offered suggestions for several choices I could make for the sump pump and outdoor faucet projects, which I appreciated. The plumbing inspector said the sump pump work looked great. And I love the new outdoor faucet!"
